A woman’s “second puberty.” The transition before menopause. Perimenopause. You’re not there quite yet, or maybe it’s just begun for you, but you know the effects of menopause on a woman's health and the reality is sinking in- the changes are coming for you. I feel you, girl. We get to look forward to insomnia and mood changes, weight gain (of course, right in your middle!), loss of muscle mass, and an increased risk of osteoporosis & heart disease. Maybe you’ve also received your biometric screening numbers and there were a lot of red highlights. Cholesterol, blood pressure, waist circumference, glucose, ah! And oh no! You remember you have family members taking medications for these very health markers. You’re also noticing that your posture isn’t what it used to be. You have neck tension, headaches, and you just don’t feel the same in your clothes any more. Your sleep is already interrupted at best and almost non-existent some nights. And let’s not talk about the overwhelm of all. life’s. tasks. It never ends. Perhaps, you’ve experienced or are in the beginning stages of the gut-wrenching journey of loving someone with dementia or Alzheimer’s. Maybe you’ve lovingly supported a family member who had cancer or watched this journey from a distance when you were young. Now, as you’re reaching your mid-thirties and beyond, you’re feeling the reality of your family health history and your risk of developing chronic health conditions that may negatively impact your quality of life as you age, especially once you officially enter menopause. Knowing women live with this load on their minds- in addition to the jobs we hold, households we manage, children we care for, a spousal relationship we nurture- I can’t stand by while women continue to beat themselves up over gaining weight through the years and after kids, not having abs or a flat stomach, feeling like they don’t deserve to eat, or quite simply, like they just let life get away from them. I want to help you identify your more sophisticated values that truly help you feel alive, vital, and like the woman you want to be. Then, support you as you put those values into practice through evidence-based strategies to align your behaviors with those values. Coaching is not therapy. It's being supported as you learn how to feel confident in your ability to continue to grow into the woman you envision for yourself. For wellness, it's learning that self-care is not just face masks and massages. It's the practical tools we use every day to maintain a sense of vitality and know we are building a foundation to age with grace, a high quality of life, and as a role model for our family.
you think you're looking for a personal trainer because you know something has to change.
Perhaps, you're just ready to reevaluate your values since you've grown as a woman.
You're not 20-something anymore.
It's time to adopt more sophisticated views of achieving health, wellness, a positive body image, and aging with grace.
You're ready to truly thrive now and as you evolve in womanhood.
We'll work together to develop an individualized wellness plan for you, including a movement or exercise program, designed with your goals and aspirations in mind. Together, we'll find evidence-based strategies that allow you to truely make lasting lifestyle changes for a joyful and well-lived life. I want to walk with you on this journey, but not keep you tied to coaching forever. My goal is that you gain self-confidence and self-trust to grow in your ability to live a healthy, empowered womanhood.

My Philosophy & Qualifications
If you're like me, you are not a woman who chooses the easy way out or a quick fix. You are willing to put in the hard work to gain the true reward.
Being coached is putting in the hard, but meaningful, work to evaluate your habits & mindset and how those two things brought you to where you are today. Then, getting real with yourself on what you want to achieve and why, and implementing small but steady behavior and mindset changes in order to progress toward your goal.
I see all of my clients as capable & able, an expert in their own lived experience, full of wisdom, and I truly believe in their ability to change. Sometimes, we just need a motivating & guiding pillar of support.
We are women and we will build each other up.
